The complex is built into the hillside with the ground floor (entrance) being level 4.

The Peak 5 was recently refurbished , it offers a cozy yet spacious haven for both families and couples. Flexible sleeping options give you the ability to choose a mix of king, queen and king single beds.

Ski gear can be stored safely and conveniently in a drying cupboard within the apartment and there is secure locker space for up to 8 sets of skis/boards and poles.

Car space also features 3x wall mounted Steadyrack bike holders.

Peak 5 is an awesome apartment offering fabulous comfort combined with a superb location that is convenient to everything. It is clear the owners have taken meticulous care in the renovation, with everything you need from an apartment in the mountains. And it has a lovely mountain vibe too! Great family living area and a separate kids space worked really well for us and our three boys. And the amount of sun the place gets is incredible! It was very easy to doze off after lunch for an hour so on the soft leather couch after an active morning on the mountain, bathed in all day sunshine! Fabulous kitchen and top range appliances made the eat in option very easy too. We would highly recommend it to everyone, summer or winter. Very relaxing!

This property is a wonderful well kept 5 star luxury residence. Peak 5 is well equipped for families, the owners have nicely provided books and some colouring equipment for the kids. I highly recommend Peak 5, it is truly beautifully furnished and well maintained! 5 stars!

This place is unreal, this luxury apartment has been style beautifully. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need. The separate kids area, with TV and trundle beds was particularly popular with both the adults and kids. We would recommend this apartment to anyone. 5 stars !!!

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at the apartment twice now and it has been fantastic each time. Enjoy the grand living area, gorgeous gas fire place and wonderful view. There’s ample space for the kids and the apartment is very well maintained. Convenient access to the shuttle bus right in front of the building and lots of storage for snow equipment. You won’t find a more luxurious stay in a convenient location. We look forward to going back again!

The accommodation was everything you could wish for. It was spacious, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. It had everything you could think of when preparing a meal. My favorite was the BBQ on the verandah overlooking the whole valley. A huge bonus was having your own inside parking space. This was invaluable especially in winter. The village square was a short 4-minute walk or there are endless shuttle buses running to which ski area you are after. Fantastic apartment Peak 5.

The Peak 5 must be one of the most lovely places in Thredbo to stay. Beautifully appointed, spacious and quiet. Situated midway up the hill, the apartment has stunning views of the mountain and looking down the valley toward Friday Flat, and only a short walk to the Foodworks, bakery and restaurants if needed. Ample space in the secure lock-up garage for your car and four mountain bikes make this a year-round choice of accomodation for us when available. Love it!
