Property is only accepting 5, 6 or 7-night bookings arriving on Saturdays or Mondays for Peak season 2022.
Saturday-Thursday, Saturday-Friday or Saturday-Saturday.
Monday-Saturday, Monday-Sunday or Monday-Monday.

All bedding, linen, and towels are supplied for your stay.

Firewood is not supplied during Summer (October to May). Firewood can be purchased from the Thredbo Service Station during these months.

Great views of the ski runs and only a short walk to the village. Perfect spot. Our only complaint would be the tiny shovel provided to clear the snow and way too many cushions on the couch. Minor fixes.

Stayed here for two nights in peak time and it was just perfect!! Perfect location with a beautiful view of the mountain! Everything was very clean, plenty of space for 4 people and lots of heaters to keep us all warm. Would definitely recommend Kaella, an absolute 10/10. Massive thank you to Jess from Thredbo Ski Accomodation for matching us with this great find and all her help, an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We loved our stay at kaella. The layout of the little house was great and we loved coming back after skiing and being able to sit around the fire and look at the incredible view of the mountain. Having 2 bathrooms was also a bonus as was the position of the house right next to the shuttle bus or an easy walk to the village. The only problems we had was the bar heater in the master bedroom shorted the power so we couldn’t use it (although it wasn’t needed luckily). The drying room was also on a timer and wasn’t effective in drying damp or wet ski gear. Also no wi fi. Aside from this a great place to stay and would will stay again.

The property worked perfectly for a great week at the snow for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed and in a great location. Located right next door to the bus stop and waking up to great views each day were an extra bonus.
