  • PAUL TUTT

    With over 20 years of real estate experience and a sales portfolio that includes billions of dollars in residential and site sales, acquisitions and land subdivisions, Paul has established an enviable reputation in the industry. Paul has been a Director of several global real estate companies, including CBRE, Colliers International, McGrath and Ray White, where he has managed teams of over 40 staff. Regionally, Paul has been a Director/Principal of agencies in Bega, Tathra and Merimbula, where he has achieved record sales whilst overseeing a portfolio of over 600 residential and holiday managements. Bringing this wealth of experience to ski accommodation and sales throughout Thredbo, Lake Crackenback and Jindabyne, Paul is committed to ensuring exemplary service, and a sales process that consistently exceeds client expectations. With outstanding leadership, innovative marketing initiatives and effective business systems, Paul provides a streamlined service that can only be accomplished by a professional of his character and experience.

  • CRAIG MOORE

    With 27 years as a licensed Business and Real Estate agent, Craig has an extensive history operating in both local, national & international markets. Over the last 17 years, Craig has largely specialised in the project marketing of high-end developments, along with medium and high-rise apartment, master planned residential communities throughout NSW, Sydney and QLD. Craig has a significant depth of knowledge in all aspects of the real estate industry, including understanding detailed architectural plans and construction programs, overseeing site teams both on and off-site and handling all facets of complex projects. His experience entails liaising with diverse project stakeholders, including clients, architects, creative teams, development management, creative marketing teams and builders, as well as managing and leasing both residential and retail/commercial premises. During his corporate career, Craig has held senior positions with Multiplex Developments, Marsim Developments & Construction, Stockland, as well as joint Managing Director & Partner of Knight Frank Project Marketing. He now brings his wealth of experience and elite Sales and Management record to Forbes Stynes Real Estate and Thredbo Ski Accommodation.

  • MICHELLE STYNES

    Michelle has been selling real estate for twenty two years. She moved to Thredbo in October, 2000 after working in the competitive real estate market in Sydney for three years. She holds the following qualifications: Licensed Real Estate and Business Sales Agent (No. 985331); Registered Valuer (No. 6892); and Strata Manager. Her extensive work experience in the mountains has included seven years as the licensee of Thredbo Real Estate, and 12 years as a Partner of Forbes Stynes Real Estate. As a result of concentrated effort on marketing and website development, sales training, and a thorough knowledge of all aspects of alpine property, including the leasehold structure in the National Park, Michelle has built a formidable and extensive database of property owners and potential buyers. This experience and knowledge has enabled Michelle to be the preeminent sales agent in Thredbo, Perisher and Lake Crackenback. This means if you are selling or buying alpine property you have to talk to Michelle.

  • Toni Wheelhouse

    Toni began her real estate career as a 26-year-old in Thredbo Ski Resort. She found her stride through property management of holiday rentals and investment properties in the strong ski and tourism industry. Her enthusiasm, infectious positivity, and passion for people has carried her into a unique and successful position and continues to provide endless opportunities. From traveling around the globe to many different ski resorts and summer destinations, Toni has continued to grow her skill-set whilst also completing an advanced diploma in Marketing and Management and is a licensed Real Estate Agent. Toni's knowledge of the local area, which stemmed from previous employment in other Jindabyne businesses has provided her with a strong work ethic and a wealth of property knowledge. This then sparked an interest in the property market which has grown her into the real estate agent she is today. Toni's passion is people. She loves to inspire others to discover their options, their power and to make good decisions.

  • BYRON HEATH

    Byron brings with him a range of experience, including over 10 years of working in snow sports. After completing tertiary studies in marketing and marketing management, Byron began to transition into hotel management in 2011. He then went on to spend two years in a 5-star, 168-room resort in the Whitsundays, and four years in a 4-star, 361-room resort on the Sunshine Coast, before relocating to Jindabyne in 2017. Since his return, Byron has worked as Manager at Alpine Gables, successfully guiding the business to become one of the most highly-reviewed and popular hotels in Jindabyne, in turn increasing business and revenue to its highest levels to date. Byron takes great pride in maintaining an exceptional level of customer service, along with being a tremendous source of local knowledge for guests, fostered through his personal hobbies of skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and even making use of the local frisbee golf courses.

  • Tristan Brown

    Tristan moved to Jindabyne permanently in 2021 and has joined as a property manager after previously working in I.T. and managing a lodge. He has a passion for the mountains having previously lived in alpine resorts in Australia, Canada, and France and understands the need for high quality properties in and around the Snowy Monaro region. His technical background brings a logical and streamlined approach to the business. Tristan is keen to continue the high quality of work shown by the team in the Thredbo office and brings his own set of skills and innovation to the new Jindabyne (JSA) office.

  • SUSIE STUDLEY

    Susie was born and raised in the Snowy mountains and leads a very active lifestyle, enjoying all that the Snowy Mountains has to offer through skiing, horse riding, mountain biking and water skiing. Susie has been in the customer service industry for over 17 years’ which made the move to property management an easy progression. Since completing Business College majoring in Sports Management & Events, Susie has gained her professional experience through local hotels such as Novotel & Rydges and internationally in Niseko Alpine Developments. Susie has an eye for detail and goes above and beyond for our owners and guests alike.

  • ALISON CONNELLY

    After arriving in Thredbo from the UK in 2001, Alison was fortunate to live in the village and raise her three children with beautiful Thredbo as their back yard Five years ago they made the decision to move out of the Village but loved the area so much that they purchased a property just down the hill at Jindabyne. Alison initially started working at Ski in Ski out Chalets the Winter of 2002. She left for a period in 2012 to run a local Lodge with her husband for four years, followed by another year at another Thredbo establishment. Inevitably, she couldn’t resist the pull to work back at Ski in Ski out and returned in 2018. Alison takes great pleasure in promoting Thredbo to guests and have great pride in providing 5 star service to the Ski in Ski out guests. Alison’s experience at Ski in Ski out and fine eye for detail, ensures all guests have a quality experience.

  • LAURA CADDOO

    Laura has been in the customer service industry for over 13 years. She relocated from Country NSW to Jindabyne for her love for the snow and has been living in the local area for the last 6 years. Managing the local bakery at Thredbo for the last 4 years has seen her become part of the local community which made the move to property officer an easy progression. Laura has a keen eye for detail and is highly motivated.

  • VICTORIA SEYMOUR

    As a highly skilled real estate professional, Victoria has an extensive background in reservations and product development as well employee management and day-to-day operations. Known for her positive attitude and great attention to detail, Victoria’s depth of experience ranges from property promotion to the back-end operations of reservations. Victoria’s passion for the area stems back to her family’s business, the Thredbo Newsagency, which her parents ran for 35 years. It was here that her love for customer service was born. Victoria took her skills around the world, giving customers positive experiences in luxury resorts at Hamilton Island and Uluru. Her love of property blossomed as she hunted out hidden gems on her travels. After seeing the world, Victoria returned to the Snowy Mountains where she now lives with her husband and three sons.

  • NIKOLA STUBBS

    Nikola began her professional life working in the family business on the Illawarra South Coast. It was an invaluable time that taught her the importance of hard work and commitment from a very early age. As a licensed real estate agent, Nikola is dedicated to understanding her clients’ individual needs in order to provide an exceptional level of customer service. She transferred these skills to her next industry role as a property manager in 2015. As well as being an estate agent, Nikola has expanded her experience to become an agency office manager. And since moving to the Snowy Mountains with her family for ‘a tree change’, she’s enjoying learning more about this wonderful area as she immerses herself in the community and all it has to offer.
