Does our property have WIFI?

Not all properties have WIFI. If a property has WIFI it will be noted in the property description on this website. We do advise to bring your own WIFI dongle (connection).

When I book my accommodation, when do I have to pay?

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If you are arriving within 60 days, the whole amount will be payable when booking.

Do I have to leave a security bond?

Our Terms & Conditions outline possible additional charges, we reserve the right to pre-authorise your credit card details a small amount on your arrival to ensure that the details are valid. This pre-authorisation will automatically remove with-in 3-5 business days dependent on your financial institution and no further charges are required.

Why do I need to fill out the online Guest Registration Check-in?

The online Guest Registration Check-in is required prior to arrival from all guests. This is your check-in procedure as we do not see you on arrival. We request you complete this procedure approximately 14 days prior to your arrival to allow you receive all of your necessary pre-arrival information & maps.

Can I bring more people that the property states?

No, each property has a maximum number of total people as stated. The maximum occupancy listed includes all adults, children & infants that will occupy the property.

What happens if I accidentally damage something at the property?

Please advise us as soon as possible on 02 6457 2144 to discuss.

How and when can I get the keys to the property?

Our properties are all accessible via key-code or key-coded lock-box. On your arrival date, we will advise via SMS when the property is ready for your arrival.

What time can I check into my accommodation?

Check in time is 4pm, however, if your property is ready earlier, we will let you know.

What if I arrive earlier, can I check in early?

Yes, ONLY if the property is ready for you.

Can I park my car at the property if I arrive early?

No, please do not park at the property before you are advised to do so. The cleaners need the car parks to access the accommodation.

What time is check out?

Check out is 10am.

What if I am arriving out of office hours?

No problems, as all our properties have key-less entry. Please ensure you bring all necessary information and maps provided.

What if we leave something behind?

Please call our office on 02 6457 2144 and we can have the cleaners look. Any items posted back will be charged via pre-paid postage parcels.

Do we have to clean the property before we leave?

We ask you please leave the property is a reasonable state, with dishes stacked in the dishwasher and turned on and removal of all garbage from the property to the rubbish enclosures.

Where do we put our garbage?

Garbage enclosures are located outside your accommodation in the wooden boxes. Please ensure they are kept closed to stop the wildlife and birds getting in.

What if something is broken or not working when we arrive?

Please inform our office on 02 6457 2144 as soon as possible or send a message/photo via the Guest Registration Portal.

What is supplied in each property?

Our properties are self-contained. All linen and towels (one per person for duration of stay) are included. We DO NOT do daily servicing. A simple Starter Packs (ie. limited supplies) of detergent, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, garbage bags are supplied. You will need more of these items or buy locally if you are here for more than two nights.

What if I run out of wood?

Winter – wood is supplied at no extra charge. If you notice wood supply running low, please call us and we will have delivered same day where possible. Summer – wood can be purchased from the Thredbo Service Station.

Can we park more than one car at our property?

If the property specifically states parking for more than one car, yes. If not there is additional overnight parking in designated areas of Thredbo.

Do I have to pay an entry fee into Kosciuszko National Park?

Yes, all visitors must pay a Park Entry fee. During winter (June Long Weekend to October Long Weekend) costs are $27 per 24 hours per car. During Summer months costs are $17 per 24 hours per car. Annual Park Entry pass cost $190. Park passes can be purchased at the National Parks Office in Jindabyne, at the Park Entry gates or at Thredbo Information Centre.

Can I bring my dog on holiday?

Thredbo is located inside the Kosciuszko National Park and pets are not permitted in the National Park or in any of our properties.
