Last minute booking and staff were professional and very helpful. From the moment the booking was made the communication and check in was seamless. We asked for an additional hour at check out and the mangers were accommodating. Property was "A Class" and everything was as it was presented in the advertisement. Would highly recommend any property managed by this group.

We loved our stay, perfectly set up for families and kids. The bus stops right outside to go to the ski lifts and restaurants are a short walk. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment itself is in a great location with ample space for 3 couples. Unfortunately our weekend getway was ruined when our snow gear (skis and poles and snow boards and boots) was stolen from the downstairs drying racks in the code-secured common area. Upon advising the Property Management we were told that this has not happened before in the 10 years that they have been managing the apartment building and have taken no accountability... with no CCTV it makes it impossible to try and identify the culprits making it a rather expensive 24 hours on the slopes. While the apartment itself was great (despite the coffee machine not working) I'd ask you to consider the cost of your own safety.

Enjoyed the decor or the apartment - obviously owned by artistic people so we appreciated the furnishings and interior design touches - well done. Think it is slightly let down by the support team. We certainly left it cleaner than when we arrived - needs attention to detail in this area. Baby food or cereal smeared on the main dining table, pulled out the table leaf to find even more mess, so we cleaned it. Spare loo rolls were missing from one of the bathrooms, and there were not the number of towels, hand towels and face washers to allow one per guest - nit picking perhaps but expect 5 star cleanliness with the 5 star price. Also did not expect a herd of wildebeest to be resident in the apartment above us! slight beyond your control, but i would blacklist them until the young folks grow out of running the length of the apartment at 5AM each morning. We would and probably will re-book. But next time if we find uncleanliness or missing items will remember to take photos in support of the words. Perhaps we will request apartments 8 or 9 (at the top) to avoid the young wildebeest problem above.

By far the best snow accommodation I have stayed in for over 20 years. The quality was suburb, and it was outfitted with everything we could have wished for. Fairly priced to the standard of accommodation and the fact it catered for six without cramping. Thank you.
